All adult citizens of the Massachusetts Commonwealth are welcome at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Libraries.  Visitors may use the book and journal collections at Lydon and O’Leary Libraries as well as some of the collections at the Center for Lowell History.

Visitors may not borrow library materials.  Those wishing to obtain borrowing privileges are encouraged to join the Friends of the UMass Lowell Libraries.

The computers in Lydon and O’Leary Libraries are available to visitors who comply with the Libraries’ computer use policy.
